This specially designed hot-melt adhesive coating can be applied properly on all kinds of paper materials, and particularly well on thermal paper, with excellent performance and wear resistance during high speed processing.
The is a heat transfer (cold peel) magnetic tape whereas, the magnetic tape is applied to the paper substrate via a tape layer machine. The tape layers heated roller applies heat to the magnetic tape as it is applied to the paper substrate and as the magnetic tape adhesive cools, the PET carrier is peeled.
