Lucky "BV" series is heat transfer (cold peel) magnetic stripe using a tape layer machine for the application on PVC overlay. This kind of magnetic stripe has hot-melt adhesive coating, and could be stamped on PVC overlay in multi-tracks by heated rollers of the tape layer machine. The PET carrier of magstripe is peeled off and discarded once the adhesive has cooled, and is then ready for lamination to produce the plastic card.
