Returns & Exchange Policy:

We believe that every customer should be fully satisfied with their purchase therefore, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy that provides the Purchaser (you) as well as the Seller (us) protection.  As the seller, we guarantee that any product (physical or digital) purchased at our online store or through one of our offices, will be fully functional and free from defect.  If for any reason you experience a problem with your purchase, promptly contact Advanced Card Systems and Solutions, Inc., and we will repair or exchange your product immediately, and if we are unable to resolve the reported problem, we will provide a full refund for the original price paid, excluding all applicable shipping fees.  
 
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for product(s) purchased through other companies.  If you have purchased our products from another company, you must contact that company and abide by their Return & Exchange Policy.  We completely stand behind our products therefore, if you are experiencing a problem with any authorized reseller of our products, contact us and we will provide assistance but, the final return, exchange, or refund will be made between the selling and purchasing companies.
 
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact us within (14) calendar days of your purchase.  After the (14) day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a product refund however, you may still be eligible for a product exchange. We highly encourage all of our customers to try their purchased product(s) in the first two weeks of their purchase to ensure the purchased product meets expectations and is trouble-free.  Unless previously agreed in writing, custom products, opened consumables, or products damaged deliberately or unintentionally, are not eligible for return.
