Lamination Plates & Pads

The UltraGloss 1 - TH (UG1-TH) was developed to provide a ultra gloss finish with a hardness rating that is on average 4X the hardness rating of the standard gloss plate. The increased hardness translates into increased resistance to scratches and blemishes resulting in a higher yield of cards while lasting four to six times longer than the standard gloss plate.

Traditional high gloss mirror finish plate. Available in range of thicknesses and with matt borders.

Precision finish light matt / satin plate. Suitable for magnetic stripe cards and all range of printed surfaces. Widely used in bank card production.

Cardel Cardlam 200 Lamination Pads

Cardel Cardlam 220 Lamination Pads offer increased productivity and quality in all types of plastic card lamination, including SmartCards.

The Cardlam 220+ WS is a high efficiency, conductive silicon lamination pad with a reinforced center core designed for use in single and twin stack laminators. The Cardlam 220+ WS is fully compatible with all tilt tray assembly systems, and is ideally suited for bank and smart card production.

Metallic woven, high temperature lamination pad. Rapid heat transfer - generally recommended for single stack laminators.
